Cancellation Policy

At Chylux, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both buyers and sellers, ensuring transparency and convenience for all parties involved.

  1. Order Cancellations by Buyers a. Before Shipment: You may request to cancel an order anytime before the seller has marked the item as shipped. If approved, you will receive a full refund.

    b. After Shipment: Once the seller has shipped the item, cancellations are no longer possible. You will need to follow our return process.

  2. Automatic Cancellation by Chylux a. If the seller does not ship the product within the timeframe specified on the listing, the order may be automatically cancelled by Chylux and a full refund will be issued to the buyer.

  3. Seller-Initiated Cancellations a. Sellers may cancel an order due to stock unavailability or other valid reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and the buyer will be notified immediately.

  4. How to Request a Cancellation a. Log into your Chylux account. b. Go to "My Orders" and select the order you wish to cancel. c. Click on "Cancel Order" and provide a reason for the cancellation.
