Chylux Preorder: Complete Two-Stage Guide

This guide details the full process: initial submission, the non-refundable pre-payment, and the final payment required before shipment.

Part 1: Submitting Your Preorder Request

Follow these steps directly on the product page to reserve your item.

1.     Start Request: Locate and click the "Create Preorder" button.

2.     Specify Variants (CRUCIAL STEP):

o   As there are NO dropdown menus, you MUST use the "Special Instructions" or "Notes" box to clearly specify your desired product variants (e.g., Size, Color, etc.).

o   Example Note: "I would like 1 Small in Graphite Grey and 1 Large in Forest Green."

3.     Final Click:

o   Provide all necessary contact and shipping details.

o   Click the final button: "Place Preorder Request"

? Variant Check: If the variant you requested is unavailable, the Chylux team will contact you directly to discuss alternatives before processing your initial payment.

Part 2: Pre-payment & Order Confirmation (Initial Payment)

Immediately after clicking "Place Preorder Request," you will receive your unique Order Number and be presented with instructions for your non-refundable initial payment.

Key Requirements for Pre-payment

·       Payment Deadline: Payment must be completed within 7 days of placing your order.

·       Mandatory Reference: You MUST use your unique Order Number (e.g., CHYLUX-012345) as the payment description or narration.

·       Proof of Payment: Always take a screenshot or save the bank transfer receipt.

Payment Options

·       QR Code (Recommended): Scan the QR Code provided on the payment screen using your mobile banking app.

·       Regional/International Bank Transfer: Email support@chylux.com to request the correct bank details based on your Country and desired Currency.

Final Verification (Crucial Step)

·       Submit Proof: Send the payment receipt/screenshot immediately to: preorder@chylux.com

·       Your order status will change to "Confirmed" once the pre-payment is verified.

Part 3: Final Payment & Order Completion (Before Shipment)

When your preorder item becomes available on our site, you will be notified via email to complete the final steps.

1.     Log In & Review: Log into your Chylux account and access your confirmed preorder.

2.     Confirm Details: Before proceeding to final payment, you must:

o   Select Address: Input or choose the final shipping destination from your address list.

o   Choose Delivery Method: Select either Pick Up or Home Delivery.

3.     Final Payment: Make the final outstanding balance payment (which includes shipping costs based on your chosen method).

Final Payment Deadline: You must complete the final payment within 5 days of availability notification. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your preorder and initial payment, and the item will be allocated to the next customer.

4.     Shipment: Once the final payment is successful, your order will be processed for immediate shipment, and you will receive tracking details.
