At Chylux, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can initiate a return within 10 days of receiving them, provided the item is returnable by the seller. Here’s how:

  1. Initiate a Return: Log into your account, go to "Order History," and select the item you wish to return.
  2. Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Please note, only items marked as returnable by the seller are eligible for return.
  3. Free Return Shipping: In most cases, return shipping is free.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for items that meet the seller’s returnable criteria. Here's how to exchange your purchase:

  1. Initiate an Exchange: Log into your account and select the item you'd like to exchange from your "Order History."
  2. Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Only items returnable by the seller can be exchanged.
  3. Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we help cover the shipping cost.
  4. Store Credit or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we will either provide store credit or send a replacement, based on availability.
