Welcome to Chylux's seller program. These terms govern your use of our platform as a seller and outline your rights and responsibilities.
Seller Eligibility
To become a seller on Chylux, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and verifiable business information
- Have a valid bank account or payment method for payouts
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Agree to abide by Chylux's Seller Policies
All sellers must complete identity verification before they can start selling on our platform.

Product Listing Requirements
All product listings must meet the following standards:
- Accurate and clear product titles and descriptions
- High-quality images (minimum 800x800 pixels)
- Correct pricing and inventory levels
- Proper categorization
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Counterfeit goods, illegal items, weapons, hazardous materials, and products that violate intellectual property rights.
Order Fulfillment
As a seller, you are responsible for:
- Processing orders within 1-3 business days
- Providing valid tracking information
- Ensuring products match their descriptions
- Handling customer inquiries promptly
- Managing returns and refunds according to Chylux policy
Repeated failure to fulfill orders may result in account suspension or termination.

Payouts are processed weekly or monthly based on your preference. Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD.
Bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, and other local payment methods available.
Returns & Refunds
Sellers must adhere to Chylux's return and refund policy:
- Accept returns within 15-30 days of delivery
- Process refunds within 5-7 business days of return receipt
- Cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items
- Maintain a clear return policy in your store
Chylux may step in to mediate disputes and may issue refunds on behalf of sellers in certain cases.
Performance Standards
To maintain seller status, you must meet the following metrics:
Failure to maintain these standards may result in account review, suspension, or termination.
Account Suspension & Termination
Chylux reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Selling prohibited items
- Fraudulent activities
- Poor performance metrics
- Customer complaints or disputes
Suspended sellers may appeal the decision by contacting our seller support team within 30 days.
Intellectual Property
Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions. However, by listing on Chylux, you grant us a license to display your content on our platform. You must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Listing counterfeit or unauthorized products will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.
Privacy & Data Protection
Sellers must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for European customers. You may only use customer information for order fulfillment purposes and not for unsolicited marketing.
